Requirements:
– Carpentry Experience
– Plumbing and Electrical experience highly desired but not required

Responsibilities:
– Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
– Assist in job site preparation/demo
– Take measurements and determine quantity of required materials
– Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals
– Keep budget in check
– Knowledge of construction operations and equipment
– Supervise and give feedback to workers within crew
