Crystal has been an integral part of RealPro Renovations since 2017, when she and her husband, Brian Ostlind, re-established the business in coastal North Carolina. With a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 20 years, she made the leap to full-time construction management two years ago, bringing her expertise in organization, customer service, and attention to detail to the family business.
From Vision to Reality
What Crystal loves most about her work is seeing a homeowner’s vision come to life. Whether it’s a kitchen remodel, bathroom upgrade, sunroom installation, or a full-home transformation, she finds joy in watching the excitement build as projects take shape. “I love seeing the initial concepts of the homeowners come full circle to create their dream home,” she shares.
While Crystal relies on her computer as her most-used tool, she’s just as passionate about hands-on interactions with homeowners, guiding them through the renovation process with expertise and care.
Beyond Renovations: Family, Travel & Fun
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Crystal grew up as a Navy brat, living in places like Hawaii and North Carolina. She settled in Brunswick County in 2016, where she and Brian now raise their three children (ages 7, 10, and 29) and three furry family members (two cats and a dog).
When she’s not managing projects, you can find Crystal traveling with her family in their camper, exploring new destinations, and revisiting old favorites. Disconnecting and making memories is a priority—just like helping homeowners create spaces they love.
